Edit Tenant

Must be in E.164 format: +44 + UK number without the leading 0. UK example: 01923 311509+441923311509. On save, ClinikoVAI will look this number up in Retell. If it isn't already there, it gets imported via SIP trunk (sip.voipvoip.com) and bound to this tenant's agent — no manual provisioning needed.

Receptionist name is set on the Setup tab — that's agent-config, not company-config.


[companyname] → practice name  |  [name] → AI receptionist name. E.g. Hello, this is Biped Podiatry, my name is Halo.


If set, Retell crawls this site once and the AI can answer operational questions ("what should I bring?", "where do I park?") from your public content. Changing the URL retires the existing knowledge base; the next agent rebuild creates a fresh one.

After saving, go to the Setup tab and click Create Retell agent to push voice, name, and greeting changes to the live agent.
