Must be in E.164 format: +44 + UK number without the leading 0.
UK example: 01923 311509 → +441923311509.
On save, ClinikoVAI will look this number up in Retell. If it isn't already there, it gets imported via SIP trunk
(sip.voipvoip.com) and bound to this tenant's agent — no manual provisioning needed.
Receptionist name is set on the Setup tab — that's agent-config, not company-config.
[companyname] → practice name | [name] → AI receptionist name. E.g. Hello, this is Biped Podiatry, my name is Halo.
Voicemail transfer (optional)
When configured, callers can press a keypad digit to transfer directly to your answerphone. The transfer number must be different from your Retell inbound number.
The number callers transfer to. Leave blank to disable DTMF transfer.
The keypad key that triggers the transfer. Required if number is set.
Message email template (optional)
HTML injected above and below the AI-generated message block in reception emails. Leave blank to send with no branding.
Post-call summary email
When enabled, Halo emails a call summary (date/time, caller details, transcript, audio link) after each call. The trigger (analysis vs call end) is configurable below. To addresses are per-tenant; the global ops BCC is set via CVAI_CALL_SUMMARY_BCC on the server.
Required when enabled. Who receives the full email.
Additional silent copies for this tenant only.
After analysis fires once Retell finishes its AI review — has a call summary but may not fire for very short or unanswered calls. After call ends fires immediately for every call including missed ones; AI summary will show as pending.
Curated reference text for caller questions outside the appointment toolset. Editing this field retires the existing KB; the next agent rebuild creates a fresh one. Markdown formatting is fine — Retell parses it.
After saving, go to the Setup tab and click Create Retell agent to push voice, name, and greeting changes to the live agent.
